Ingredients
Basic overnight oats
3 cup milk
2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 punnet blueberries, plus extra to serve
coconut flakes, to serve
Method
Basic overnight oats
1. In a bowl, combine milk, oats, almonds, honey, vanilla extract, coconut and ginger. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
2. Heat oats on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring, until warmed through. Stir through 1/2 punnet of the blueberries through oats while heating.
3. Top with remaining blueberries and coconut flakes.
