Ingredients

Method

1.Heat a medium frying pan on high. Cook bacon 1-2 minutes each side, until golden and crispy.
2.Spread bottom half of bagel with cream cheese. Top with mixed leaves, tomato slices and bacon. Sandwich together with remaining half.
3.Arrange bagel on a serving tray with fresh fruit and coffee or tea.

Toast split bagels before adding topping.
