Ham scrambles with soldiers

These scrambled eggs are a one-dish wonder and cook in about 11/2 minutes in the microwave.

Method

1.In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add ham and parsley, if desired, and season well.
2.Heat on full power for 1 minute in the microwave, then carefully remove and stir gently to break-up the egg. Cook for a further 30 seconds until the egg is just set. Serve with toast.
