Method
1.In a bowl, combine rolled brown rice, puffed brown rice, rice bran flakes, pistachios and chopped pears and apricots.
2.Place linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds in a food processor. Process until lightly crushed. Stir seeds through rolled brown rice mixture until combined.
3.When ready to eat, serve 1/2 cup portions of the muesli with fresh fruit and low-fat milk or yoghurt.
