Method
1.In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream until soft peaks form.
2.Fold through vanilla yoghurt, bananas, blueberries and passionfruit pulp.
3.In a clean bowl, using an electric mixer, beat 2 egg whites until soft peaks form
4.Gradually add 2 tablespoons caster sugar, beating until thick and glossy. Lightly fold into cream mixture.
5.Spoon into 4-6 serving glasses and chill until required. To serve, top fool with chopped pistachios and grated white chocolate.
