Method

1.Combine mango and mint in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat cream until soft peaks form. Sift icing sugar over cream. Add essence; fold to combine.
2.Spoon cream mixture into chocolate cups. Top with mango salsa. Serve.

Use 2 small canned mango cheeks instead of fresh. Swap mango for strawberries or other fresh berries.
