Method
1.Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir for 2-3 minutes, until melted. Remove from heat. Mix in combined egg yolks and Kahlua. Cool slightly.
2.In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold chocolate mixture through cream.
3.In a clean dry bowl, use an electric mixer to beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
4.Lightly fold egg whites into chocolate mixture until well combined. Spoon into 4-6 individual dishes or 1 large serving dish. Chill for 2-3 hours, until firm. Serve with hot fudge sauce, cream and berries.
Chocolate can be melted in microwave on medium (600 watt/50%) in 30-second bursts, stirring until melted.
