Method
1.Combine cake crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar and jam in a large bowl.
2.Divide mixture into 4 portions. Roll each portion on a flat work surface lightly dusted with extra sugar into a 22cm-long log. Using 2 rulers, press sides of logs to form triangles.
3.Spread sprinkles over a baking tray. Press flat sides of logs into sprinkles, keeping the triangular shape. Place on a baking paper lined baking tray; chill for 1 hour or until firm enough to cut.
4.Cut each log into 2cm lengths. Return to tray; chill for 1 hour or until firm. Serve.
Use a store-bought 450g packet butter cake, processed to make fine crumbs. For an adult version, add 2 teaspoons rum essence or 1 tablespoon rum. Roll mixture into balls; use 2 teaspoons of mixture per ball. Roll balls in Sprinkles.
