Method
1.Sprinkle gelatine over 2 teaspoons boiling water in a small heatproof jug; stir until completely dissolved.
2.Combine cordial and lemonade in a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to the boil. Remove from heat. Whisk in gelatine mixture until well combined and dissolved. Cool to room temperature then pour into 4 x 1-cup serving glasses. Chill for 4 hours or until jelly has set.
3.Spread yogurt over top of jellies. Serve topped with berries.
