Method

1.Combine chicken with tasty cheese, coriander and green onions.
2.Preheat a frying pan, barbecue plate or chargrill to medium-high. Lightly spray oil over 1 side of chapatis. Spread chicken mixture evenly over un-oiled side of 3 chapatis.
3.Working 1 at a time (or more if you are cooking on a barbecue), place a topped chapati into pan and top with another to sandwich filling. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
4.Slide onto a plate, then invert back into pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat with remaining chapatis.
5.Cut each “sandwich” into 6-8 wedges and serve immediately.
