Ingredients

Method

1.Spread mayonnaise evenly over mountain bread wraps.
2.Place 2 cheese slices along one side of each wrap. Top with tomato, carrot and sprouts. Roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve.

You can use lebanese bread or lavash in place of mountain bread, if you like.
