Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan forced. Lightly grease a 1.5-litre (6-cup) round ovenproof dish.
2.Combine egg, milk, mustard, breadcrumbs, cheese, ham, onion and corn in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
3.Pour egg mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 35 minutes or until just set. Stand 5 minutes. Serve with mixed salad.
Use leftover shredded barbecued chicken or drained flaked canned tuna You need 1 slice of day-old bread for crumbs.
