Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease 2 baking trays. Divide dough into 4 even-sized portions. On a lightly floured surface, press or roll out into rounds about 0.5cm thick. Place on trays.
2.Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar over each base. Arrange pear on top. In a bowl, combine remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pear. Dot pizzas with butter.
3.Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Serve with ice-cream.
Top with sliced pineapple or banana and brown sugar. Bake and serve with mascarpone.
