Ingredients
Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Place bread in a roasting pan and spray with oil. Toss to coat evenly. Bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden.
2.Heat a large frying pan over moderate heat. Spray sausages with oil and add to pan with bacon. Cook, turning, for 6-7 minutes or until sausages are cooked and bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towels. Slice sausages.
3.Meanwhile, place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil, stirring (this will help centre the yolks), and boil for 4 minutes. Drain. Peel peel and quarter the eggs.
4.Place lettuce in a large bowl. Add croutons, sausage, bacon, egg, parmesan and dressing. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
To make your own Caesar dressing, whisk together 1/2 cup egg mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan, 2 drained anchovies, finely chopped, and 2 tablespoons warm water.
