Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C (180°C fan forced). Grease a 26 x 16cm (base measurement) slice pan.
2.Heat a medium frying pan over moderate heat. Add sausages; cook, turning, 5 minutes, or until browned and just cooked. Transfer to a heatproof board. Rest 5 minutes, then thinly slice.
3.Combine flour and 1/3 cup cheese in a medium bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter to make fine crumbs.
4.Using a round-bladed knife in a cutting motion, stir in milk to make a soft dough (don’t overmix).
5.Using lightly floured hands, bring dough together in bowl. Press dough evenly over base of prepared pan.
6.Spread dough with paste. Top with sausage, olives, corn, capsicum and remaining cheese.
7.Bake 25 minutes, or until golden and base is crisp. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with salad.
Pizza cheese is a combination of grated mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar cheese.
