Sesame and sweet chilli paneer

1.Combine paneer, mushroom, half the soy sauce and half the sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate. Thread paneer, mushroom, tomatoes and capsicum onto 8 skewers. Heat half the vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Cook and turn skewers for 4 minutes or until browned and cooked.
2.Place snow peas in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Set aside for 2 minutes or until tender; drain. Refresh under cold water; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add carrot, onion and sprouts.
3.Combine remaining soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, the vinegar and half the sesame seeds in a jug. Pour two-thirds of the dressing over salad; toss to combine. Top with egg. Combine remaining dressing with sweet chilli sauce and remaining sesame seeds. Place skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle with sauce. Serve with salad.
