1.In a large bowl, combine tuna, potato, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, parsley and juice. Mix well; season to taste.
2.Shape tuna mixture into 8 even-sized, flattened patties. Arrange on tray; cover and chill until required.
3.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Fry patties, in 2 batches, 3-4 minutes each side, until golden. Drain on paper towel.
4.To make mayonnaise, in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, juice and wasabi together.
5.Fill buns with leaves, tomato, and patties. Add a dollop of mayonnaise. Serve with lime wedges.
Cook peeled potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water about 20 minutes, until tender; drain and mash.
