Ingredients
350 gram sliced pork fillet
2 tablespoon hot chilli sauce, plus extra to serve
4 clove garlic, crushed
4 medium_piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
2 teaspoon sesame oil
270 gram packet dried ramen noodles
1 tablespoon oil
4 cup chicken stock
2 teaspoon to taste soy sauce
1/4 chinese cabbage (wombok), chopped
1 green onion, sliced
Method
1. In bowl, combine pork, chilli sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook noodles following packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high. Stir-fry drained pork 2-3 minutes, until evenly browned. Remove from wok.
4. Add leftover marinade and stock to wok. Bring to boil and cook, stirring, 1-2 minutes. Season with soy sauce to taste.
5. Divide cabbage and noodles among 4 large serving bowls. Ladle over hot soup. Top with pork slices and green onion. Serve with extra chilli sauce.
If preparing noodles ahead, rinse in cold water and toss in a little oil to prevent them sticking together.
