1.Preheat a barbecue flat plate to moderate heat. Sprinkle both sides of lamb with zest. Season. Add lamb and garlic bread to barbecue. Cook and turn for 5-7 minutes or until lamb is cooked to your liking and bread is heated.
2.Meanwhile, combine tomato, onion, cucumber, olives, juice and parsley in a medium bowl. Season.
3.Serve lamb with salsa, bread and salad.
Make ahead: You can make salsa up to 3 hours ahead. Cover, then refrigerate.
