Method

1.Preheat oven to 200˚C (190˚C fanbake). Place Sealord fish fillets on a lined baking tray and cook according to packet instructions.
2.Heat the slider buns in the oven.
3.Halve the fish fillets and place in a slider bun. Add some lettuce, gherkin slices and a dollop of aioli.
4.Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the top, season with salt and pepper and serve.
