Ingredients
6 Sealord Lemon Pepper Crumb Hoki Fillets
1/2 cos lettuce
4 pickled gherkins, sliced
12 slider buns
1/2 cup aioli
1 lemon, cut in wedges, to serve
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200˚C (190˚C fanbake). Place Sealord fish fillets on a lined baking tray and cook according to packet instructions.
2. Heat the slider buns in the oven.
3. Halve the fish fillets and place in a slider bun. Add some lettuce, gherkin slices and a dollop of aioli.
4. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the top, season with salt and pepper and serve.
