Method
1.Pour 10ml of the mint syrup into a chilled glass.
2.Combine bourbon and ice in jug of a blender, blend until smooth.
3.Spoon bourbon mixture into glass, stir, drizzle with remaining mint syrup.
This cocktail should be made with the best bourbon you can buy. Use a 300ml highball glass.
