Nielsen spritzer
1.To make the lemongrass syrup, place the sugar, water and lemongrass into a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 2 minutes, remove from the heat and leave to cool. Makes one cup.
2.Fill a glass with lots of ice, add the vodka, sauvignon blanc, 1 tablespoon of the lemongrass syrup and stir to combine.
3.Top up with soda water and garnish with a lemongrass stalk.
