Method

1.Simmer the chopped persimmon and sugar syrup for 10 minutes until stewed.
2.Allow mixture to cool and pass through a sieve. Store persimmon syrup in fridge until ready to use.

To make sugar syrup, boil a 1:1 mixture of water and sugar in a pot until sugar dissolves. Chill in fridge until ready to use.
