Method
1.Combine fruit in a large saucepan with sugar.
2.Stir over a low heat 10 minutes until sugar dissolves. Do not allow to boil.
3.Increase heat to medium and simmer gently, without stirring, 25-35 minutes, until setting point is reached.
4.Ladle into warm, sterilised jars. When cool, seal and label.
500g is about 2 cups of passionfruit pulp, or around 28 passionfruit. One passionfruit provides about 2 tablespoons of pulp. As a general rule when jam-making, you require 1 cup of sugar to every 1 cup of fruit.
