Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
2.Grease and line a 30 x 20cm (base measurement) slice pan with baking paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.
3.Combine flour, coconut, walnuts and raisins in a large bowl. Add butter and condensed milk; stir to combine (mixture will be thick and sticky).
4.Spread mixture into prepared pan; level top. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until light golden and just set. Cool in pan.
5.Sift icing sugar into a medium bowl. Add juice; stir until smooth.
6.Spread icing over cooled slice. Using a knife. score top into 16 pieces. Stand 10 minutes. Slice to serve.

Slice is best made on day of eating.
