Method
1.Heat oil in saucepan, add vegetables and gently fry for 5 mins.
2.Add stock and tomatoes and bring to the boil. Turn down heat and simmer gently for 20 mins. Add tubetti and simmer for another 10 mins. Add cannellini beans and ham and through. Ladle into bowls and serve.
EQUIPMENT Large saucepan, large stockpot; sieve; sharp knife
