Method
1.Heat oil in a wok on medium. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until starting to brown.
2.Reduce heat to low, add prawn paste and coconut milk. Stir until combined. Increase heat to high and add spinach. Toss for 2 minutes, until spinach wilts and is well coated. Serve immediately.
1 1/2 tablespoons of belacan (shrimp paste) can be used instead of prawn paste.
