1.Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the eggs, fish, peas and sauce into a bowl and mix gently to combine. Be careful not to mix too vigorously as you don’t want the fish to break up too much – it is nice to have some chunks for texture.
2.Divide the fish mixture between 4 individual pie dishes and top the mixture with the mashed potato, smoothing the top with a knife.
3.Sprinkle over the grated cheese and place the pie dishes on a baking tray to catch any melted cheese.
4.Bake the pies in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the pies are heated through and the cheese is melted and golden.
