Method
1.In a large bowl, combine coffee and 1/2 cup marsala. Allow to cool.
2.Dip one-third of the biscuits into coffee mixture one at a time. Arrange in 4 serving dishes (or one large dish). cutting to fit.
3.In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream and icing sugar together until soft peaks form. Fold in mascarpone and remaining marsala.
4.Spread one-third of cream mixture over biscuits. Sprinkle with half the chocolate.
5.Repeat layers twice, dipping biscuits in coffee, finishing with cream. Cover and chill overnight. Serve dusted with cocoa and topped with chocolate curls.
Dip both sides of biscuits in coffee mixture until each biscuit softens.
