Method
1.Blend or process onion, tomatoes, garlic and chilli with vegetable oil, vinegar, brown sugar, cumin, turmeric and chilli powder, until smooth.
2.Transfer to large saucepan; cook, stirring, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes or until kasaundi thickens slightly.
