Method
1.Heat butter in a large frying pan on medium. Saute green onions and curry powder for 1 minute. Add sliced chargrilled capsicum and ham and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
2.Whisk eggs with creamed corn. Season to taste. Add to pan with frozen peas and chopped parsley. Stir on low heat for 3-5 minutes, until thickened and creamy. Serve.
