Combination noodle salad
1.Cook noodles in boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain, mix with half of sesame oil and cool.
2.Make Sauce using method below.
3.Heat remaining vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add egg and fry into a large, thin omelette. Roll up and shred into fine strips.
4.Place noodles in a serving bowl and top with pork, ham, cucumber and prawns. Pour over sauce and toss well. Serve topped with omelette and ginger.
Sauce
5.Combine Sauce ingredients with remaining sesame oil and half of vegetable oil.
Barbecue pork can be bought from Asian stores. If unavailable, replace with other cooked pork or chicken.
