Method
1.Fill a large saucepan or billy with water and bring to boil on a barbecue or gas camp stove on high.
2.Crack eggs into a sandwich-size resealable plastic bag. Add fillings of choice and season. Seal bag and massage with hands to combine ingredients. Lower bag into boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes, until cooked. Open bag carefully and place omelette on half a roll to serve.
If you’re cooking several omelettes with different fillings at the same time, write names on each bag before cooking to keep track.
