Method
1.Preheat grill to medium. Lightly grease 4 x 3/4-cup ramekins.
2.Combine tuna, corn and onion in a bowl. Season to taste.
3.Spoon mixture evenly into prepared ramekins. Arrange on a baking tray. Sprinkle each with cheese.
4.Grill for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
If you don’t have a grill, bake in a 200°C or 180°C fan-forced oven for 5-10 minutes.
