Ingredients

Method

1.Combine mascarpone, honey and orange rind in a bowl.
2.Place 2 teaspoons of mascarpone mixture onto 16 biscuits. Top with 2 slices of strawberry, then another teaspoon of mascarpone mixture.
3.Layer biscuits to make stacks of 2 biscuits, topping side up. Top with remaining plain biscuits and 1 slice strawberry. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

Prepare just before you are ready to serve. Makes 8
