Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions. Drain well, then return to pan and keep hot.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Fry bacon, turning, for 3-4 minutes until crisp.
3.Add tomato, spinach and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes until tomato is soft.
4.Add tomato mixture to pasta and toss over low heat. Season to taste. Serve topped with feta.
