Ingredients: 8 lean beef chipolata sausages (240g); 8 mini oval dinner rolls (320g); 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chilli sauce; 20 gram (¾ ounce) baby rocket (arugula) leaves; 3/4 cup (90g) coarsely grated cheddar cheese

Method

1.Cook sausages on heated oiled barbecue flat plate; cool.

2.Split rolls, spread with sauce; fill with rocket, cheese and sausages.

We used “bake at home”, par-baked small dinner rolls for this recipe; they are available from large supermarkets. Bake them according to the directions on the packet.
