Ingredients: 1 cup cooked pasta; 1/2 cup cooked, sliced skinless chicken (or other cold, cooked lean meat); 1/2 cup torn baby spinach leaves; 5 cherry tomatoes, halved; 30 gram feta cheese, cubed; 2 button mushrooms, sliced; 1/4 cup drained char-grilled capsicum slices; 2 tablespoon mayonnaise; 1 green onion, sliced

Ingredients

Method

1.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into an airtight lunch box. Chill until required.
