1.In a bowl, combine mince, onion, mint, pine nuts, egg, zest, cumin and chilli. Season to taste. Mix well. Shape mixture into 4 even-sized, flattened patties.
2.Heat an oiled barbecue plate or large frying pan on high. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes each side, until browned and cooked through. Drain on paper towel.
3.Spread turkish bread bases with hummus. Top with patty, tomato and rocket. Finish with remaining half. Serve with potato crisps, if liked.
You can use any crusty bread or roll, or a hamburger roll. A drizzle of sweet chilli sauce is great with this burger.
