Method
1.Preheat grill.
2.Boil potatoes until tender; drain. Place on oven tray; grill until browned.
3.Combine olive oil, extra basil and garlic in a small saucepan; cook over low heat 15 minutes. Strain.
4.Smash potatoes in large bowl with strained basil oil. Stir in olives and shredded fresh basil.
