Ingredients

Method

1.In a large bowl, combine chicken with zest, juice and coriander.
2.Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry onion for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add chicken and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until almost cooked through.
3.Add sauce and water to wok. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.
4.Toss broccolini through and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Serve with rice and extra coriander.

You can use snow peas or sugar snap peas in place of broccolini.
