1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 8 x 1/2-cup mini loaf pans with baking paper, with ends extending 1 cm above edge.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Finely chop 1 onion and sauté 2-3 minutes, until tender.
3.In a large bowl, combine mince, breadcrumbs, egg, sauce, cooked onion, sour cream and marjoram. Season to taste and mix well.
4.Press mixture evenly into each mini loaf pan. Slice remaining onion and arrange on top of each meatloaf. Bake 30-35 minutes, until cooking juices run clear.
5.Meanwhile, blanch sprouts in a saucepan of boiling water for 1 minute. Drain well. Melt butter in a large frying pan on high. Add sprouts and almonds. Cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes, until almonds are lightly golden. Season to taste.
6.Rest meatloaves loosely covered with foil for 5 minutes, before serving with extra cranberry sauce. Accompany with almond sprouts.
