1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
2.In a small bowl, combine the tomato paste and herbs. Spread over each pastry sheet. Sprinkle with the salami and cheese. Roll up tightly and cut into 12 even-sized pieces.
3.Place on prepared trays. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
